Cancellations

Before Shipment (Easy Cancellation)

You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it ships.
Log into your account, go to "My Orders," and select "Cancel Order" if available. If not, email us immediately at hello@ganeshsales.com with your Order Number.
Remember: check your order status; if it says "Shipped," it's too late to cancel.
